Communityecohub offers B2B consulting services in corporate sustainability, including the design and implementation of ecological hubs, advisory for ISO 14001 certifications, carbon footprint reduction, and industrial waste management. These terms govern access to and use of the platform and contracted services.
The client agrees to provide truthful and complete information about their operations, processes, and environmental data. They are responsible for obtaining the necessary permits and authorizations for implementing the recommendations. Any delay or inaccuracy in the information provided may affect the timelines and results of the service.
Communityecohub acts as an advisor and facilitator but does not guarantee obtaining certifications, specific emission reductions, or financial results. The implementation of suggested measures is the sole responsibility of the client. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service in the last twelve months.
All reports, methodologies, tools, and materials delivered are the property of Communityecohub. The client receives a limited use license for internal application. Reproduction, distribution, or commercialization of these contents without express authorization is prohibited.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of information exchanged during the provision of the service, unless required by a competent authority. This obligation remains in effect for a period of three years after the termination of the contract.
The service is provided for the period agreed upon in the commercial proposal. Either party may terminate the contract with 30 days' notice. In the event of a serious breach, the affected party may terminate the service immediately.
Communityecohub reserves the right to update these terms. Changes will be notified at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the new terms.
